1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the services described on it. The services are provided by VERIDIAN PAY - FZCO ("Veridian Pay", "we", "us"), a Free Zone Company incorporated in the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (IFZA Free Zone), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose licensed business activity is Payment Services Provider (activity code 8291006).
2. Scope of services
We provide payment-related services to business clients, including support for payment acceptance, merchant account facilitation, and payouts and settlement, as described on the Services page. The specific services provided to a client, and the terms on which they are provided, are defined in a written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, financial advice, or a guarantee that any service will be available to any particular business.
3. Eligibility and onboarding
Our services are available to businesses only, not to consumers. Every prospective client must complete our onboarding process, which includes know-your-customer (KYC), know-your-business (KYB) and sanctions screening checks as described in our AML & KYC Policy. We may decline to provide services to any prospective client at our discretion, including where onboarding checks cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
4. Fees
Fees are agreed in writing with each client before services begin and are set out in the service agreement. We do not charge fees that are not documented in that agreement.
5. Prohibited use
Our services may not be used for any activity that is illegal under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the client's own jurisdiction, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or dealings with sanctioned persons or territories. We may suspend or terminate services immediately where we reasonably suspect prohibited use, and we report suspicious activity to the competent UAE authorities where required by law.
6. Website content
The content of this website is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and up to date to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Company registration facts published on this site reflect the official records of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Liability in connection with the provision of services to a client is governed exclusively by the written service agreement with that client.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless a written agreement between us and a client provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
